Vendor Requirements

  • An entry fee of $450 for one 10x10 space, advertising, promotions and security
  • Insurance certificate
  • Cash transactions only (all proceeds to vendor exclusive of donations)
  • No beverage sales
  • One to four pre-approved food items between $2 and $6 each  (NOTE: To avoid duplication, food items are awarded to vendors on a “first registered/first paid” basis.)
  • Completion of the form below
  • Entry fee due no later than October 15
